Keepers Resale And Flea Market — Local services in Chesterfield

Owner could not pay me for items I sold because she "had other bills to pay". I couldn't believe she spent my money to keep her lights on! Like other reviews have stated she can go from nice to nasty faster than a new Corvette. She is extremely rude and totally unprofessional on every level. She finally did pay me after I complained about not being paid and then her true colors really showed. I moved out the following day losing $100 on rent and deposit but it was worth it to me just to get out before she tried to spend my money to keep her lights on next month also! I have never encountered anyone so rude and unprofessional in the many years I have been selling at flea markets. Huge red flags when owner spends vendors own money on her...

I came to shop and thrift today and was immediately attacked by the older ugly grumpy lady working. She was upset that I didn’t ask permission to bring my small dog with me (I have brought him in several times prior to this visit) they have cats and dogs around the the shop too.

I would have asked if given the chance however I didn’t even think to because of my visits in the past. She immediately said “you’re allowed to bring your dog but it’s common curiosity to ask” once I realized she was being rude I turned around and left.

Horrible customer service. I will never shop there again and to the vendors who have booths there, I would relocate your belongings to a more inviting space where customers are not chased away.

It is a really cool flea market they have a little bit of everything.The lady that owns the place she is very nice and does a lot to help others who are in need they do a lot of fund raisers to help others and animals that need good homes if you are in Chesterfield stop in and pay them a visit.The people that work there are really nice they have a lot of good deals right now especially there Holiday stuff also the silver jewelry display has a lot of nice stuff and good deals great Christmas gifts a lot of sales if you stop in make sure you to pet the flea market kitties and her two wonderful dogs they'll probably meet you at the front door....
