This is the first time I've been at this establishment and I was appalled by the taste of the food. I had regular Chinese buffet food and it never tasted like what I tasted. It was very greasy. The seafood imitation crab me did not taste like crab meat imitation. It had a sugary weird taste to it and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if it was spoiled. Everything fried was just over battered and soggy and I just couldn't comprehend by eating it I've been at a lot better up to par buffet places in my life and this place was just a zero out 10 It's in. Thumbs down 👎 and it was funny because you have to pay before you sit down. So when I told the manager about the situation she did not want to refund my money because she said I already paid before I ate. Still I don't understand that concept because if you pay for your meal before or you pay after the meal still you should be compensated or they should fix something for your troubles. She said it's me. That's why I don't like the food. Everyone else likes it. I said well not me....

I can't order a side of broccoli 😕, I can order a meal that has broccoli in it, but can not PAY for a side of broccoli bc they don't "sell" broccoli like that. This post seems ridiculous to even write but since when do you sell an item and not sell that item at the same time. This is completely asinine to me. I can order a general tso and broccoli but am refused a side order of extra broccoli to put into my food. Lol, so they would rather lose 2 to 4 times a week of ordering from us than to sell us a side of broccoli 😆. This is so stupid to even review but this has to be the complete opposite of how a business is run. Must be a riddle, welcome to bamboo house where we sell broccoli and don't sell broccoli at the same time. Makes perfect sense to lose 30 to 40 dollars an order a few times a week over a 3 dollar side of broccoli you clearly have but wont sell.
