These items and a bottle of water cost me just under $20. Not bad, in my opinion, for good BBQ. He brought me a sample of the southwest potato salad, which was very good as well.

The brisket was over-smoked and under-barked. And very inconsistent. One bite was just bland beef, next piece was super acrid smoke, and it was either falling apart (wrong) or tough (also wrong). They have potential, but their trimming, seasoning, and especially fire management needs work for sure.
