Facility and outside Parking lot was clean and the staff was friendly, Coffee and Chocolate was delicious. They have problems with some of their gaming machines-- Cats, fish/Koi not taking a club card and everytime you have to get a new card you lose bonus points on your card towards free play. The attendants knows which machines that do not take cards without having to get a new card made and members loosing bonus points on their cards. That's a scam to not having to give Free plays. Rebecca and Rico are the Two Best attendants at the facility. Their Cats and Koi machines are still constantly having problems accepting Club cards, the Manager should have a dedicated attendant servicing the Machines to insure the machines Card slots are...

Went to do an escape room. Showed up at 6:45. They were trying to shut everything down already, placing trach can upside down etc. Said all of the rooms were booked. No big deal, so my husband and I were discussing what to do next. The manager, a short girl with dark hair and glasses, came out and abruptly asked is she can help us with something. We said we were trying to figure out what to do, and she suggested we do pretty much anything except stand there and talk to eachother....sooooo rude! They didn't even close for another hour and she acted like it was an inconvenience we were standing there talking about what to do. That place could be great if they could find people that actually...

A group of 4 of us wanted to do an escape room. We called on Friday and asked if we could book in advance for Saturday (assuming it would be busy). They told us that they aren’t busy and we should come in. We came in at 6:30ish. The three people at the desk upstairs stared at us and I asked about escape rooms and they told us they’re all booked and we should come back at 7:30. We came back at 7:24pm and again we’re not greeted. We asked the girl about the escape rooms again and she said someone else came in and she gave them the room. And we should come back at 8:30. We did not get the opportunity to book the first 2 times we spoke with them....
