My wife and I were on our 10 year wedding anniversary trip to Estes Park Colorado......we decided to check out Cheyenne as well .....we looked up places to eat and a place called The Office Bar and Grill popped up........We have a place by the same name South of San Antonio.......so we had to try it........I had the brown noser which is a burger with cheese bacon peanut butter and carmelized banana jam....I chose coleslaw for the side and raspberry tea for the drink.....my wife had the fish and chips with fries a salad and an alcoholic beverage to go with it.........all of the food was awesome........just be ready to have some peanut butter fall back onto your plate while eating the burger..........the fish portions were good size and had a little spice to it and the tarter sauce was good with the fish......our waiter Theodore was a great guy.......he was patient with us answered all of our questions kept out drinks topped off and made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there ........we got to the place around 5 in the evening and were seated promptly after coming in.... it started filling up after we almost finished an hour later....the restaurant is in a strip mall area......so look for the spaces close to the restaurant that are marked "The Office Parking Only" to possibly park closer to the restaurant......for everything we got plus 25% tip came out to a little over $60 for our meal for 2........

*Updated Review* The restaurant responded to my review in an attempt to fix our order that was messed up. I appreciate them trying to make it right (I just don’t want to go back in the immediate future) so I’ve changed my rating. I want local restaurants to succeed and I know this is a difficult time for everyone. We may give them another shot in a month or two when the summer busy season is over..... A really disappointing experiencing ordering take out. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and there was no chicken, despite the fact that I was charged for it. My big salad was the same size as my partner’s side salad, just in a plastic box instead of cardboard. I think it was around 13 bucks for a little bit of romaine, shaved parm, and some croutons. Literally could have had a better bagged salad from the grocery store for a fraction of the price. My spouse ordered the 9 dollar grown up grilled cheese and it looked like a kid’s sandwich. It was just a dry sandwich, it didn’t have any of the extras described on the menu. I’m not sure why our orders came out so messed up, but this place is pretty pricy for subpar meals. If the food actually was what was described in the menu it might be worth it. My neighbor has the same experience, three times in a row, so we will not be going back.

After being stranded for 5 days in a blizzard while traveling through Wyoming, having the most disrespecting service at Golds Gym in Cheyenne, Wy, this restaurants service was out of this world amazing!! Chryssoula was our waitress and not only gave tremendous service but her GENUINE compassion and love for humanity made a lasting impact on me and my 2 children. To top our visit off, the vegan burgers were wonderful, especiallly the peanut butter/ banana burger!!

I took my daughter to The Office Bar & Grill for her birthday. When we walked in, there was no one around to seat us so we and another person waited until someone walked by. There then appeared to be some confusion on whether they could seat us but they found a table. Our server, Arianna, was prompt in taking our order but after that, it went downhill. It took quite a while to get out drinks, non-alcoholic. My daughter's 4 year old son was with us and we never did get a kids menu even after we were offered one. We had the Ahi Tuna appetizer, which took a while to come out. It looked lovey but if it hadn't been on a bed of Arugula, it would have been completely tasteless. It tasted like there was no seasoning at all. For our main course, my daughter had a hamburger which she requested medium rare but came out well done. I had fish and chips. The breading was wonderful but again the fish had no taste, no seasoning. The best part of the meal was the french fries. Arianna did check on us once after our meal came out, then we didn't see her for quite a while. The next time she came to the table, she just brought our bill. She didn't ask if we wanted anything else, i.e. dessert or boxes or anything. My daughter had been told she could have a free dessert by the floor manager so we waited a several minutes, thinking that Arianna would come back by when we hadn't left. We didn't see her again. I finally got up and tracked down the floor manager regarding the dessert. She said she would get it right out. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting and nobody came back by our table so we finally just left. We got our dessert at Dairy Queen. It was a very disappointing experience. I don't think I will be going to The Office Bar &...

We used to love this place. We’d come here once week and hangout in the bar area on the couch and order drinks and food. Unfortunately tonight, our experience was less than pleasant. When walking in, the 3 girls at the hostess stand just stared at us until WE acknowledged them first. Then, not 3 minuets after sitting we were asked if we knew what appetizer we wanted when we hadn’t even ordered drinks yet. When we ordered our appetizer we ordered our entrees at the same time. Hardly 10 minutes later our entrees came out. Yes, before our appetizer! The manager finally brought out our appetizer 10 minutes later and says “sorry about that.” Then walks off. Though it may seem picky, we were hoping for the appetizer first, then our entrees later after, how it typically works. When our waitress came back to see how the appetizer was, she Informed us that “the microwave wasn’t working.” insert Gordon Ramsay freak out here The taste of the spinach artichoke dip was stale and not good - as if it had been sitting out for a while. Our entrees were also not good. The cod was flavorless and dry and the adult grilled cheese had thick slices of bread with one slice of cheese and a piece of bacon slapped onto it. When visiting a restaurant, you shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience the entire time. On another occasion, I was charged $160 for a $20 ticket. When I called, I was told that the waitress put the last 4 digits of my credit card into the tip slot which made my bill so high.

A word to the wise: just spend your money elsewhere. There are far better places in town where you can receive better...

My husband and I went a few months ago and the food and service was amazing. This time our service was absolutely horrible. The ticket said Arron but this was a young girl with short hair that was two colors. This time we took our daughter her husband and our two granddaughters. Well I ordered the chicken fried chicken with sweet potatoe fries and the fries were cold and the chicken was way overcooked and the gravy on it was really bad tasting. My husband ordered a burger with some beer cheese soup. He said the soup was good but it came with his burger and his burger was way overcooked also. My granddaughter ordered the kids chicken tender meal. When she got it it was the regular meal. I told the waitress that we ordered the kids meal and her response was o that’s right. When she asked me if I wanted a box for my food( she never came around while everyone was eating and ask how our food was) I told her no cause the fries were cold and the sauce stated weird, her response o sorry. When we got our bill she charged my husband for his soup when it was his side to go with the burger, and still charged us for a full order of chicken tenders. I told her that we ordered the kids meal not the full meal and she once again said o yeah that’s right. She did come around when we were done and asked us if we needed any refills we said yes and it took her 15 more minutes for them. She still charged me full price for my food which was inedible. My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster for the girls for dessert and the cookie was so burnt that it was also inedible but that got redone. Overall a...
