We went there about a month ago. We ordered and paid for a total of 4 of their Six piece chicken baskets. We still have the receipt sitting right in front of me as I type this review. After I got home we found that they only gave us FOUR piece chicken baskets on ALL 4 orders. I called to talk to one of the so called assistant managers / managers. He took my name and told me that I would get a total of 4 of their SIX piece chicken baskets FREE next time I come in. I confirmed that more than once with the employee over the phone. HE took my name and said it was written down. No problem so far to fix their mistake.
Now less than a month later I called and spoke with the manager. I told him about the mistake. He absolutely said I had to bring back the wrong food. I told him what I was told by his employee and he got EXTREMELY SHORT and EXTREMELY RUDE with me about their policy. YOU MADE THE MISTAKE Dairy Queen. And now you would expect me to waste my valuable time to drive all the way back to your store using my gasoline and the wear and tear on my vehicle because of your MISTAKE? It happened almost a month ago! Then this rude manager expected me to accept a redo when he said I will only give you 8 chicken strips total.
HEY (((BAD))) Dairy Queen! YOU MESSED UP MY ORDER NOT ME. YOU WASTED MY TIME BECAUSE OF ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES! ONE HOUR OF MY TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN YOU EARN ALL DAY. YOU SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO GIVE ME (((FOUR))) FREE (((SIX_PIECE))) chicken baskets, just as I was promised by your employee last month. IMHO this was a verbal contract initiated by your employee.
I would say avoid this place. Their parking is pathetic at best during busy hours. Many times you will stuck in the parking area on the east side of their lot because of drive through traffic. Also they do NOT honor verbal agreements especially when THEY MAKE THE MISTAKES. I guess I should expect this when you hire mostly children that you pay well BELOW trash can level wages. I notice a very high turn over as a standard in most of these greasy fast food places. Hey Dairy Queen manager, do you think I will waste my time for a LOUSY 8 total chicken strips instead of 4 complete SIX piece chicken baskets that I was PROMISED when it was YOU PEOPLE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE!
AVOID DAIRY QUEEN in Cheyenne. USELESS people who expect you to waste your time, waste your gasoline, and waste the wear and tear for A MISTAKE THAT THEY THEY MADE!!!
Hey Dairy Queen manager. DO NOT EVEN TRY AND POST YOUR SAD AND PATHETIC CANNED RESPONSE. EVERYBODY CAN READ RIGHT THROUGH YOU FOOLISH RHETORIC!!! THIS IS TYPICAL CHEYENNE BAD SERVICE AND BAD...
Read moreWent to the drive through tonight there was only one car ahead of us and we waited for almost an hour. We ordered 3 blizzards, one just cookie dough, second cookie dough and Reeses, third cookie dough and snickers. When we paid and looked at the receipt they put snickerdoodle instead of snickers which my husband is deathly allergic to cinnamon. Coming home the one that's suppose to have Reese had snickers. While in the drive through they left the window open and all the employees were yelling and cussing at eachother no one was in uniform. We got there at 6 and they somehow were out of their gravy. The person working the window had no idea what she was doing or how to take orders. She gave us our ice cream and forgot our food. We ordered the ranch burger with no bacon and no onion rings after getting home it had both on it and they didn't give us any of our sauces and completely forgot our order of cheese curds. It's very disappointing when it's the only dairy queen in town and looks like it's ran by a bunch of 14 year Olds that could care less about the customers or the integrity of the company. I would have called back and complained but at this point they would have just offered me to come back and pick up what they messed up and sadly even though it has always been my favorite place to eat I don't think I will ever be returning. This establishment has gone down hill and I wish we had a second DQ in town because no one at this store seems to...
Read moreIf you live in Cheyenne you know this place is by far the worst place to get Ice cream in town. As to why people would even get food here I have no idea. I haven’t had dq in months figured I would give it a shot and I saw that they actually had order pick up working, placed an order at 6:50 pm and said it would be ready at 7:03 for three blizzards. I head to the place I live right across the street😐, immediately when I walk in I notice there is a couple in line to order and other guest waiting for their order, there is three people working, one fellow came out of then bathroom while the whole place was busy. I respectfully waited behind the couple to speak to a worker about my order pick up. No workers addressed anyone waiting or even acknowledged the couple waiting to place an order, they ended up leaving and I stood around for a few minutes and eventually found my order on the counter with the receipt tucked under the blizzards and pretty much gone so it’s a good thing I was able to make out my name on the receipt. My blizzards are literally mush as they sit in the freezer to try and return to ice cream. Typical experience from Dairy Queen. A lot of restaurants hurt because of Covid and never recovered how they were before and sadly I think this place is one of them as they have not been good since before 2020, Truthfully they should just shut...
