Secondly, since this was going through my company calibercollision, in Sacramento, They were extremely accommodating and had amazing customer service. Also, since it’s for a business I needed desperately an invoice so It could be expensed. I left him a voicemail thinking, hey maybe they’ll call me in a day or two. Nope! Purchased some super cute Christmas bowls before Christmas and was so disappointed when within a short time the bowls were chipped at the edges. They were not inexpensive and I would not have thought that they would chip so quickly and easily, especially because we were very careful and only hand washed them — although they said they were dishwasher safe. I ordered flowers for my dad's service. I was out of town and ordered over the phone/C&J were kind and helpful, even asking questions to ensure the flowers represented who my dad was.
