Just recently the foot stool was coming off the track and my chair was feeling a little uncomfortable. I called the store and talked to the service department and the gentleman was so professional and helpful. He sent very clean and professional gentleman to my home, picked up my chair and the foot stool fixed the foot stool and re cushioned my chair and returned it the next day! This showroom has a great deal to offer. The initial interaction was lukewarm at best, but after a few minutes another gal stepped in and saved the experience by being interested in my questions.
