iRepair — Local services in Chico

They used fake parts causing my screen and LCD to break the same day it was fixed from a 2 foot fall w/ a case. The next place I went to replaced all of the fake parts and charged less. It also took about an hour at the second place and 3 or 4 days here.

Edit: No response on here and 4 years later I’m still mad lol. Here’s some more details because I feel like venting: They charged my insurance like $600 dollars for a few repairs and used fake parts that took multiple days to arrive. The back glass of the phone didn’t even have the Samsung logo. If it wasn’t bad enough that it was fake, I knocked it off my lap while sitting down with a case on and it broke both the new LCD and glass. Fake and poor quality. I took it to the other place on mangrove and it literally took them an hour to replace all of the bad parts and give it back to me in perfect condition. They explained the parts were fake. They even charged my insurance like half as much so it was clear they weren’t trying to scam like this company. Please look elsewhere for a...

Alert people my wife took her iPhone 13 pro to get fix and l left it there for like 1 week and he calls her back saying it doesn’t work anymore and they didn’t charge no money to her ….. am we go pick up the phone , and I took it to another iPhone repair shop and they opened it and someone told her that where she took her phone the first time they took parts out of her iPhone and It probably was able to get fix but not anymore because of the parts missing they took from it so be carefull to all don’t believe in this company , to steal parts of your property can be penalty I’m going...

I went to iRepair to see why a 4 year old iPad mini wouldn't load after I had wiped it clean to give to a friend. Turned out the CPU had blown out for some strange reason. Bad news, but felt assured having watched him in his efforts to diagnose the problem, starting with hardware, that it was really dead and too expensive to replace the CPU.
