I'm not sure if I'm giving a review for the plaza itself or the shops within it...most of the shops within it are solid and I don't have many issues...the plaza itself is dilapidated and some of the most abysmal parking ever. Then entitled truck owners take up three or four spots in an already compact lot and make it difficult for people trying to enjoy themselves or who are there for...

Safeway fuel is usually why I stop here...occasionally tri counties bank. As for other businesses, they're hit and miss. Many vagrants and vagrancy activities around the grounds. Sadly, Chico officials roll out the red carpets for these dissedents as we pay 16.00$ for a pound of primo...

I love Big Tuna and Mt Mikes! I find myself going to this location at least once a week. Fedex is super convenient when my printer is on the fritz as well. They have quite a few good shops too. I just wish the parking spots were a little bigger. It's a tight fit and not a lot of room...
