Absolutely incredible experience. My computer stopped working and I went to them, and explained the problem with my computer. Evan immediately told me what he thought it was. Left my computer with them to test. He was clear on the pricing and answered all my questions (I didn't believe the pricing so there was a couple). He called me at the end of the day to update me on what he did, what he was thinking and what he'd do over the weekend. Called me two days later with the issue and let me know the pricing of the parts. I wasn't pressured into upgrading, and he gave me advice for either option. I called him back to let him know what I wanted and they had it fixed by end of the next day. The pricing was exactly as I'd been told, no hidden fees. Evan was amazing, and so we're all of the customer service people I talked to. When I called, I was never on hold for longer than 2 minutes. About a month later I still have no issues and received a call from customer service making sure everything was still in order. Couldn't ask for better service and will 100% go...

Grant, the tele-technician, with Nerds On Call, was extremely knowledgeable to assist me with decluttering the redundant collection of browser applications, identify which similar devices are connected for use, that I may later remove the unused devices. I had been unnecessarily frustrated, with my tech skills. I am very impressed by the professional courtesy, and Grant's expeditious service. Time is precious, have some self-compassion, the cost was already covered, with the service plan provided when I had the disc drive updated to a SSD. I love the Nerds! I hadn't needed service in several months. Recently, computer and my Smart phone got very sluggish. I contacted the Nerds online. They worked for 6 hours removing a whopping 1, 087 threats in the form off bugs, malware, infections, viruses and whatever else evil people perpetrate on complete strangers when they could spend time contributing to society.
