Arnold's Meats — Local services in Chicopee

Can someone from Arnold's Meats please get ahold of me I have a problem I bought two packs of something and when I cooked it the only thing that came out was Grease in oily substance I don't know what it is I cooked the first ones and I thought it was just a fluke I just cooked the second ones it's been about 2 weeks since I cooked the last ones and the same thing happened and it's disgusting.

This is only a review under hot dogs. They're hot dogs were the best I used to always go there and get them for the last two times I went and got the natural case and hot dogs they're not the same they're cheap don't taste as good the casein isn't as crunchy so I probably won't be ever buying them again. I know they're not the same I've been eating Arnold's hot dogs for years last two times I've gotten them I've had to throw out more than half of them. Yeah that's exactly how I cook them too. And I've had the multiple times in only came across us the last two times I purchased them. Technically four times because I always buy two at a time they usually come for in a pack of these ones are three in a pack and they usually have cheese and broccoli inside of them. I have been going to Arnolds meats since I was a teenager. It was the place to go! Fast forward to 10/2025 I drove from CT to MA to get some great deals and stock up for the month for my son and myself. I left satisfied and enjoyed the old school store with butchers ready to help with just a request. I bought a chocolate cream pie that was totally freezer burnt some frozen corn that was also freezer burnt and some pierogies that were also freezer burnt and those boxed burgers. There were some thin Ribeye steaks that were priced similar to other places. Couldn't beat the fresh chicken wing prices.I might of had my expectations set high and thinking I was going to get a phenomenal deal. Once I got home I was let down after going through everything I purchased. After tossing the freezer burnt items in the trash I realized It wasn't worth going all the way there. Today is Friday ( black friday) and I called arnolds meat in East Longmeadow ( where I live) and they were out of chicken livers, So I called there chicopee location & They told me they have them to come down, So I confirmed on the phone that they were open to 6pm & I came all the way down here to Chicopee way out of my way from East Longmeadow & got here at 5:35 & the plae was black & the doors locked & even though the sine on the door said they close at 6pm & the girl on the phone also told me 6pm clearly the store was closed.
