Rico rico me encanta es un delicioso helado de coco y banana split yummy ! Volví a comer mi helado favorito el lugar estaba solo dos personas en fila, día bonito. Cuando pedimos nuestros helados se llenó la fila. Llegando gente a pie, bicicletas,autos y camionetas de empresas con empleados. Me gusta pedir el estilo Hard para que me dure más y no derrita rápido. Atención super buena, rápida y eficiente. 06/29/2023. Regresamos a comer aquí que tristeza recibí, está noche pedimos helados hard de coco y recibimos uno de sabor a vainilla que al parecer no limpiaron bien y tenía tiras de blueberry no era mezclado es que se veían pedazos azules en el helado decepción total..esa noche estaba lleno había un club de motocicletas al parecer el rush los hizo errar el servicio. Lo siento mucho ya van tres veces que nos sucede algo diferente. 07/07/2023 y quién regresó pues yo está calor y lo rico que son hace que regreses aunque se equivoqué se dejó pasar..pues les cuento llegamos estaba sin fila y de nuevo lo mismo yo siento que me esperan porque después mi gente yo conté 100 personas allí entrando y saliendo dije debo contarlas por curiosidad en lo que consumía mi 🍦 y eso 15 minutos solamente y esa cantidad son ricos definitivamente son los reyes de Chicopee..09/16/2023 tristemente fui de nuevo y cambiaron los empleados jovencitos que al parecer la charla los desvía no atendieron ni entendieron el pedido y se pidió coco hard y pusieron coco con chocolate al reclamo gritando dijo eso pediste no se te pidió chocolate solo en uno y otro de coco y siguió gritando insistiendo que estaba errada y no me dieron tres servicios iguales y al devolverlo lo agarro hablo feo y restralladas al zafacon con malestar coraje y adicional riéndose a carcajadas...que paso? No sé..pero al parecer estaban en su hora alegre??? Igual que el sabor del helado cambio totalmente dijo los helados salen todos por misma máquina y si se mezclan ni es su asunto que es eso???? Jamás fui tratada así..pienso no regresar..me perdieron como clienta..al gerente o dueño verificar que está sucediendo

Mr. Cone… Where to begin. I got the pistachio myself and beside the slight artificial taste I loved it. The thickness and sprinkles hit the spot. My friends got chocolate vanilla swirls with a chocolate dip. And although I can’t speak to their experience, I couldn’t help but notice how quickly the dip was melting and just how messy their hands got. Nothing a little hand sanitizer couldn’t fix. The music featured Lincoln Park and fit the vibes of the atmosphere quite well. Highly recommend if driving along the Mass Pike xoxo

Fast, cheerful service. Mr. Cone was clean and has a great variety of treats. My small chocolate cone dipped in chocolate shell was perfectly made. The servers were friendly and very efficient. They had a long line that they handled with kindness and precision. I recommend Mr. Cone for your summer treat fun.

Mr.Cone is a great place to stop for ice cream. The menu and selection has really grown over the years The soft serve selection is great.. but I always end up with the pistachio and black rasberry twist. I can never make up my mind! The hard ice cream selection is great also. I noticed all the slushes and snowcone's and offer more regular food items now. I thought I read that the hours were everyday until 10:00 p.m. They have alot more seating now so it looked busier than what it was. The girls who worked behind the counter we're super quick and had everything done perfect! They worked well together.. Locals have been going to Mr. Cone year after year. Very rude girl taking orders tonight at the window. I wanted a black raspberry pistachio twist. "We don't have black raspberry," she says in an accusing tone, like I really should've known that before ordering. Couldn't look and see what else I wanted because I was rushed by rolling of the eyes and scoffs. Same with my friend who was with me. We both had to settle on something quickly without being able to take the time to look. There was also no line behind us, so there's no reason for the attitude. In addition, the place smells like rancid trash, tables were filthy, and couldn't even throw away our cups because the trash was full. Better off going to DQ and waiting in a long line fifteen minutes...

If I could give this "establishment" a negative stars I would first of all fries seriously handful of moosh! The hotdogs that I ordered I had asked for cheese I mean you charge .75 cents for it I expect it which I didn't get it brought it back did the kids that handle the shop just get out of elementary school? Or are they just that bored! I realize it's a ice cream shop but you do sell food just curious what your food handling rating is because I didn't see it posted anywhere else. Did get that place inspected by a health inspector? Then to top it off you charge separately for drinks what's up with that seriously. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS JOINT AGAIN I AM SUPRRISED THIS PLACE IS STILL...
