Boston Bay Pizza — Restaurant in Chicopee

Food was horrible. We ordered 2 Honey Dijon paninis which had yellow mustard instead. We didn’t ask for regular mustard. Thankfully I asked for the honey Dijon on the side incase they messed it up. And of course they did. Curly fries and French fries were so over cooked they weren’t edible! They were hard as a rock! The only thing that was good were the sodas because they didn’t make them! We also waited over 35 minutes for our food when they said it wouldn’t take too long. They weren’t busy either. Initially we used to go there once a week about 4-5 years ago. Then service and food started to go down hill dramatically. They even stopped using real bacon. The quantity and quality was horrible and food was way over priced. So we stopped going there. Since so much time had gone by, we decided to give them another try. Well lo and behold, NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Needless to say, we won’t be going back again, not even in another 5 years unless new owners take over. We all work very hard for our money and expect our food to be decent for what we have to pay. Boston bay is close to where I work and I often order out for lunch, we have 3 different lunches and mine is from 11:30am - 12pm. I ordered 2 quesadillas and at 10:30 when they opened and they did not arrive until an hour and a half after my lunch was over, when I called to ask what was going on, I was given a rude attitude and told that I had to wait for everyone at my job site's orders to be done because they can't be going back and forth to where i work all day, even though they collect a delivery fee and tip from each order so I needless to say I am never ordering from here again, and I am telling everyone here to not do the same unless they want a soggy lunch hours after they order...

To be honest, this place is scamming people. I bought pizza and already had company at my house, and at 8:58 PM I received a call from them asking for my credit card number because their system had an issue with payments. I said I wouldn't give it over the phone and that I could come tomorrow and pay in cash. At the same time, I checked my credit card statement and it went through. They declined me coming the next day to resolve the issue. I signed a receipt at the time of payment. The next day, I got a notification from my bank that someone tried to steal money. I didn't use my bank card at all; I used my credit card. And since that day, I've been receiving scam...
