Second Chance Store — Local services in Chicopee

There are two partners who work this business. One, Zach, is cordial and kind. The other, Mike, is rude and inflexible. I’d discussed having two buffets delivered to my home, nailed down a date and time, and was told I could pay using Venmo. Unfortunately, Zach had to cancel and told me he’d contact me to reschedule. After 5 days, I see the same buffets I’d spoken for posted by the second partner, Mike. Clearly there’d been no communication between the two of them. I reached out to Mike to explain the aforementioned and he treated me like it was my fault because I hadn’t paid in full even though I explained I was one step away from doing so and was cancelled on. I told him I felt uneasy paying in full now with no promise of delivery, but he didn’t seem to care and told me I needed to so THEY didn’t get “ stiffed”- as if I’d steal the buffets off their truck without paying upon arrival and then run away and lock my door. I'm sitting in front of the store now & the sign in the window says hours are Mon-Fri 12-2 & Tue & Thu 5-7:30p. I haven't been inside so I don't know what it's like...it might be amazing.
