So let me just say respectfully good food SOME good workers , i worked here for a couple months as a TEENAGER. Worked 10-13 hour shifts EVERY other day NO BREAKS would get yelled at for trying to steal a bite of food on again my 12 hour shifts. Was OFFERED one day off after a couple weeks working 7 days a week. As someone with severe anxiety as a server with only two on the floor sometimes 3 it was overwhelming and stressful but good pay. I went in EVERYDAY on time would leave on time with everything finished . Was offered two days off over time . I had gotten a raise from how good i was at my job with 80% good reviews on my tables. Til one day i gotten too stressed & overwhelmed i never came back one day. Yes i informed the owner and YES IT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. After a year or so after talking to my old coworkers everyone wanted me back so i tried , didnt work but at the time i knew it was good money and it was an attempt i made. Let me just say how unprofessional, the owners wives are. Beyza i heard over the phone “saying how desperate i was “ when all i did was reapply maybe a whole year later . Dont even let me get started on ridvans wife when we were on shift together . Very unprofessional, very pushing , VERY MUCH one of the reasons i left. To hear now one out of the two women not that long ago talking to my recent boss about me I WAS A TEENAGER WHEN I WORKED THERE. Im a whole mother now. And looking back these owners dont take the girls there seriously or from when i was there . A girl was touched INAPPROPRIATELY by a cook with no consequence to the cook mind you it wasn’t the first time it happened when i worked there. Since you guys still have me in conversation years later about bad work ethic.. i was a teenager, with whole day work days, no LEGAL break OR MEAL TIME, couldnt even tell my own availability because it was MADE for me ,constant drama in the kitchen , was given a raise had a 80% good rating as a server NEVER had to tell me i wasnt doing enough but is slandering me with other owners? Im actually glad i never was accepted back did me A REAL good favor. Again great food and service by the ladies tip...
Read moreI have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this place is never consistent except in not being the best unfortunately. The pizza is always burned and in order to have a pizza cooked how it normally is, you have to ask for it “medium cooked” but then it’s soggy. Also, they give only a little bit of cheese and toppings on the pizza and the pizza is very very very thin so I’m not sure what their actually thin crust pizza looks like.
One small matter but for delivery the pizza boxes never come taped closed, so your delivery driver is free to open your pizza box if they choose- which is a health risk. One time I even asked can I have the box taped closed, they said “yes” and when I got my pizza- it was taped on the corner of the box just for decoration I guess.
I even ordered a hamburger grinder one time and the hamburger tasted like charcoal.
Management is very nice and will try to rectify any issues. However; this food cost too much money to either just be decent food or a total waste of food for the day. It seems like there needs to be quality checks before food is out to be delivered.
** For the company to respond that one the pizza is thin by design- okay that’s fair. I gave my opinion because the business offers thin crust so I said I could only imagine how thin that would be. As for the toppings my picture clearly shows there’s barely any toppings on it especially cheese.
To say I’m stating your delivery drivers will open the pizza please do not misconstrue my words. I am stating feedback as most pizzerias do tape the box just not places like dominos.
These clap backs that you do for reviews does not make your establishment look any better it just seems that a business can not take constructive feedback.
My opinion of the place is my opinion. If you use charcoal to make your hamburger that’s fine but to me it tasted like I opened a grill and scrapped the charcoal out and put it on bread.
My comment was real (based on my experience) and fair (I gave positive feedback...
Read moreWe tried this place because another restaurant was closed. I'm glad we did. We are visiting from western NY. Everything was very good. We ordered a meat lovers pizza with a thick crust. Honestly glad I did , even the thick dough wasn't that thick of a dough. The dough itself was ok ,mild in flavor. All the meat on the pizza was delicious. I really enjoyed the sauce. The sauce had a very nice tomato taste and seemed to be a naturally sweet taste. Order two different wings for two of my boys. One was honey bbq, which was very good the other was mild sauce, which was very different than I'm used to . I am not sure what kind of sauce it was but it was not hot sauce and butter ( like I'm used to). I got a steak grinder as they called it with onions and cheddar. It was fine, to be honest the meat was way too finely shaved, paper thin and didn't have much seasoning or flavor on its own. My wife got a spicy Philly cheese wrap with onions mayo hot peppers, and cheddar. She really enjoyed the wrap. My daughter had a chipotle chicken wrap, she loved it. My brother In law got a calzone called the old lady. He said it was super good. We also got boneless wings and 2 giant pretzels and a side of fries.we should have not ordered a side of fries. The fries that came with 3 of our meals was more than enough. We took a lot of fries home. Not my favorite type of French fry. They are coated so they get and stay super crunchy. These had a very good taste despite not being a coated style fry. We tried nearly every dessert, not sure if any of it is home made, but it all was delicious. We ordered cannoli, ricotta pistachio cake , chocolate cake, strawberry gelato, and raspberry sorbet. We were all impressed with every dessert. I would definitely go back. We also order two mojitos, one raspberry and one...
