Edit: the manager I spoke with got back in touch with me and explained that it was a miscommunication and he rectified the situation professionally. Was trying to call and confirm, they had the pre-release of the new mtg set. However, after one of the more awkward conversations I have ever had over the phone as to why I wasn't allowed to get the product that he confirmed he had. He let me know that they are more strict about a sign in sheet and three other people before me were trying to purchase the same item, but I'm assuming they were left as perplexed as I was seeing as the gentleman who answered the phone was obviously very on edge.... about what he had to tell the other customers about their new policies. Customer happiness comes first if you want to retain them, sadly I will have to order my items from amazon or wait until Underground Card Zone starts getting mtg in. Two stars, only due to the store looking nice, but looks are not everything. Be prepared nearly $150 a box after tax.......
