Update: GM, Rob, finally contacted me. Still no refund. Now he says that Iāll have to bring in a bank statement in order to get a refund. Heās there for me to bring it by any time after 4pm, 4 days a week. Donāt think so, Rob. And, get this, he didnāt contact me for three weeks because he thought the issue would resolve itself. REALLY?!?!? And, all you can say to me is āSorry. Ideally, this isnāt what we want to happen.ā? Well, thank you very much for that little nugget of info, Capt. Obvious! It is truly unbelievable that this place wants you to go through all this just to get your money back for a pizza that you didnāt even receive.

I arrived at the store to pick up my order and the guy running the store ignored me for 5 minutes. When he finally acknowledged me he asked if I had an order in. He looked at all the boxed orders and finally said, I'm getting ready to put them in after I put them together. I had to wait another 15 minutes and had to be back at work myself. Losing all of my break time to waiting for him to get it together. The guy did not offer an explanation let alone an apology. As soon as the food came out he quickly cut it and boxed it then pushed it out to me then walked away like I was a problem. I didn't complain and was patient and only ordered 2 papadillas.
