Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Update: GM, Rob, finally contacted me. Still no refund. Now he says that I’ll have to bring in a bank statement in order to get a refund. He’s there for me to bring it by any time after 4pm, 4 days a week. Don’t think so, Rob. And, get this, he didn’t contact me for three weeks because he thought the issue would resolve itself. REALLY?!?!? And, all you can say to me is “Sorry. Ideally, this isn’t what we want to happen.”? Well, thank you very much for that little nugget of info, Capt. Obvious! It is truly unbelievable that this place wants you to go through all this just to get your money back for a pizza that you didn’t even receive.

Don’t expect anyone there to help you if there is an issue with your order. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund on an order that THEY cancelled. I have called and left my contact info multiple times for the GM and gotten no response. Now I’m forced to take different avenues to recoup my money. I called the store 25 minutes prior to my order being picked up with them saying my order would be ready to pick up in 20 min. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and the guy running the store ignored me for 5 minutes. When he finally acknowledged me he asked if I had an order in. He looked at all the boxed orders and finally said, I'm getting ready to put them in after I put them together. I had to wait another 15 minutes and had to be back at work myself. Losing all of my break time to waiting for him to get it together. The guy did not offer an explanation let alone an apology. As soon as the food came out he quickly cut it and boxed it then pushed it out to me then walked away like I was a problem. I didn't complain and was patient and only ordered 2 papadillas. My pizza arrived an hour late I waited on the phone for 25 minutes to be told that I could not cancel it but I could get a refund after it was delivered The pizza was cold and I mean cold the cinnamon will nots were burnt there's hardly any icing on it. And the extra icing that I ordered barely covered the bottom of the cup. I contacted corporate their solution was to send me a free order of cheesy bread. This location has bad service bad management bad responses the corporate feels that nothing really needs to be done. I am still awaiting my refund they say it will take 5 to 7 business days so I guess that's pretty much what I should expect from a place that delivers cold pizza.
