I saw one of there 10 x 20 party tent / carports and decided to buy one. I search them and found their website. I selected the one I wanted and tried to pay for it where I ran into a technical issue with their website. I didn't think much of it and I emailed them to let them know I am trying to make a purchase and their website isn't working correctly. Terrible Customer Service, You're on your own after they get your money after the sale. Problems from the start, roof section does not fit over the frame, missing parts in the kit.
