If I could give zero stars I would. I came here for my first time after calling ahead and scheduling an appointment to come in and sit waiting for over 30 minutes. The woman doing my pedicure stopped halfway through and started doing another persons nails, just to come back to me an hour later and tell me they didn't have the color I wanted and she couldn't do the simple flower that I wanted either. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING me to the point of telling her to stop so I could pay and leave. I didn't even get polish on my toes because I was so angry that I had to walk out. Not to mention my horrible manicure. I asked for a French gel polish wish the woman doing it had to redo multiple times because it looked so horrible. I ended up asking to just pick a solid color because the French looked so bad. I picked a gray color that I left with patchy and around my nail bed. Just the simple filing of my nails was horrible, rough, misshapen, and jagged. I will absolutely NEVER spend my well earned money here again. I have never left a nail salon so unhappy in my life. Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I used to be a regular at this place, but after moving away, this was my first time back in two years, and I was beyond disappointed. I asked for a simple French tip, and while the manicure itself was fine and the technician lady was sweet, the French tip was sloppy, uneven, and inconsistent.

When I pointed it out, another artist, John, told me they looked “perfect.” When I asked for them to be fixed, he told me to sit down very rudely and started redoing my nails, clearly annoyed. It was uncomfortable, and the experience left a bad taste. Even after the redo, the tips were still uneven and splotchy (though slightly better than before).

I paid full price and even tipped, just to get out of there, but I shouldn’t have been made to feel like this. Mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was completely uncalled for. I won’t be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place after...

Worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. The place was empty so it should have no problem to take their time. I was in & out in about 15min. Employee who did my pedicure took my polish off then clipped and filed my nails. She used scrub on my legs and calves and had it on and off within 2 min. She did not wash the scrub off she wiped it off with a dry towel then poured foul smelling lotion on my feet. This was on and off rather quickly too...she polished my nails and left me sitting there to dry. She took off and as I waited for her to return to pay I noticed my toes were covered on the side with polish. When she returned I asked her I'd she could clean it up.....she then started talking in her language rather loudly. I paid right after no tip.....I've never written a review before, but this place needs new...
