I don’t normally leave bad reviews let alone for fast food places but the experience I just had at this location really sucked. I only ordered fries and a Coke and those were perfect. It was the employees attitude that really ruined my morning. The woman with the darker hair and glasses who I asked to open the bathroom for me because it was an emergency , had the nastiest attitude and said “its not that serious”. When I hadn’t realized she had pushed the button to let me in, i went back in to kindly ask if they had to come outside with a key or if it was automatic. she proceeds to tell me that she has been pushing this button the entire time to let me in, and I said that I didn’t realize it was automatic, and I couldn’t open the door. I apologize and asked her to please do it again, but she cut me off the first time to keep telling me that she pushed it a lot of times already. So I just asked her if she could please do it one more time and she rolled her eyes and said yeah. my boyfriend who was waiting inside for our order, said she was mumbling things under her breath, and when she realized he was listening, she rolled her eyes and walked away. When my order was ready, she wouldn’t even hand it to my boyfriend, she just set it down and after a couple minutes a kind younger girl came over and asked him if he had been helped yet he said “I’m just waiting for my order” and she said “oh it’s right here it’s been ready” and it had just been sitting there. I understand working in the food industry can be stressful and annoying, but it really isn’t much to just be a kind person. as someone who also works in the service industry I have my bad days as well, but its not difficult to just be nice to other people, because you may not know what they might be going...
Read moreI will never be able to understand why del taco can't take a debit/credit card that is demagnetized. I actually went to 2 del tacos thinking it had to be an employee who didn't care. Turns out both stores had to throw out my order because of a problem that was solved in the '50's by some genius who came up with the idea to enter card numbers manually. I don't need another card because 95% of establishments use chip readers and 4.99% use the method learned over a half century ago. I'm not really missing anything if only 1 restaurant is off limits and any chain that can't train employees to punch in some numbers probably has their best days in the rearview. Not sure whose job it is, but if you need help figuring out how to accept payment like every other business in America, give me a call. Additionally, I know I'm not Kim Kardashian and you're not Jack in the Box, but I guarantee I've spent more time and money than her at any fast food chain. Add that to my influencer status on IG with just under 50 followers and you've got a problem...
