I’ve been here a few times and the last few times has been a bad experience. Today we placed our order at 6:45, Arrived at 7 PM, I asked if our order was ready, They said no, not yet, Waited another 20 minutes and decided to get up and ask again, Nobody came from around the kitchen for about another 10 to 15 minutes. I had already been waiting for half an hour and asked if my order was ready, When she asked for my name, I told her and she said oh it’s right here and pointed at a bag that has been sitting there since before I even arrived. I did tell them that that’s been sitting there since before I arrived and I’ve been waiting for half an hour. The response I got was “Well you got teriyaki fries with the chicken on the side and we don’t like to do that” in a very snarky tone. The last few times that we have been here, the service has been lackluster as it seems that they don’t come from around the kitchen to check to see if you’re picking up an order while the food just sits there on the counter. The last couple times by the time I get the food home it is all nasty and cold. We will not be returning due to the cold food, lack of good service and for wasting our time and money on...

Today was a sad day at my favorite teriyaki bowl spot. While we were enjoying our delicious meal we were approached by Crystal, an employee that informed us that service dogs are not allowed inside the establishment. (Pictured below is my calm service dog at a live music venue) As I've had this problem before I explained that he is a certified service dog and showed her his documentation. Her understanding of the law and the sign on the window next to the door wasn't good enough for her. I understand that people abuse the use of the term service dog but considering I'm visually disabled wether sitting or standing I'd think she wouldn't embarrass me in front of a room full of customers in the dining room. Unfortunately we don't live in the area so we like to get a few meals to go for lunch during the week, but after not feeling welcomed we didn't feel comfortable staying to order them. I guess it's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the week....

I wanted to check this place out as it looked good from the videos online but I feel they are charging a bit too much for what they give you!

Let’s be honest here, this is definitely not gourmet nor is it made with any particular upscale organic ingredients— It’s literally a 1/3rd of chicken/ beef over 2/3rds rice or vegetables.

The menu can be confusing so be sure to confirm what size you’re actually getting and if there’s a price difference than what the menu actually says. I was told that my bowl moved up to a large serving based on what I had ordered.

Overall, I spent about $17 for a chicken swimming in veggies bowl. I wish they would have drained the liquid before handing it to me as the bag and napkins ended up getting soaked. Also, you only get one, watered down teriyaki sauce cup, if you want any additional it’s an...

Let me start off saying the food here is very delicious and is the reason why I keep coming back here. However, the service & atmosphere are atrocious. I come to this restaurant at least 2x’s a week and request a water cup with my meal. Today, as I was eating my meal in the restaurant a cook from the kitchen came to my table and told me to pay for the water cup very rudely, in-front of other customers. Essentially, bullying me into paying for the cup because I filled it with soda before water. Therefore, he ruined my meal and made me feel very uncomfortable. Paying for the water cup is not an issue for me but what is an issue is the lack of respect and hospitality to a place I frequent bi-weekly. Sad to say, I will not be coming back here and will tell friends, family, & the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I was craving Teriyaki Fries and this place really hit the spot. I loved the cheeseburger and extra crispy fries with teriyaki on the side for dipping. Although, the seasoning on the fries were good on its own. The teriyaki sauce was perfectly sweet, with the right consistency. The chicken teriyaki bowl was exactly how I wanted it, chopped up chicken thighs, green onions, on a bed of rice with some good Teriyaki sauce. Customer service was good and service was quick. The place was really cute inside, with the exception of using the guest area for storing rice and supplies. I give the bathroom 3.75 stars. There was one unisex bathroom with decorative tile and colors, making it look nice.
