I am quiet disappointed in this pharmacy. I hadn't had issues until recently. I went to pick up a medication and asked if I could be provided a 3 month supply. If you purchase 1 it is 40 dollars and if you purchase 3 it is still 40 dollars. So naturally, if you can get more for less why wouldn't you? The technician at the time told me that they had a quantity for 2 months but not 3 months. She didn't say quantity 60, she specifically said 2 months. At first I drove away and let her know I was going to try to talk to the doctor and get a three month. However, I haven't had this medicine for over a month or two now. I came back around and said, it is ok I will take the two months for now. I get the medication just to find out it is actually only for one month, one inhaler. I go into the store then and luckily the supposedly refunded me and were supposed to order the other two. It has almost been a week now and still haven't heard back. I will try to call to clarify and if they are still giving me issues, I will just ask if the doctors office can call on my behalf because they are giving me a hard time ridiculous! It is unfortunate also because the person who provided the incorrect information took no responsibility for her part. If she would have asked the pharmacist or someone who actually knew, and I was aware that it was only for a month this whole situation could have been handled alot more appropriately. Update: I called the pharmacy at 6:30am to find out that it has been ready about a week. The person on the phone this morning was very kind and answered my concerns. However, my medication has been ready for almost a week a no one sent the text or reminder etc to pick it up....
Read moreI took a prescription in to get filled and what should have taken 20 minutes to fill ended up taking over an hour. First, I was told they couldn't fill it because I had just filled it on 06/28. I had to do her job and ask her to check the year and sure enough, it was 06/28/2018. Then she said she still couldn't fill it because she needed to get a prior authorization. Again, having to do her job for her, I told her to run it through my secondary insurance on file. She did, and it went through. Instead of prioritizing my prescription being that I had been there for half an hour. She helped 3 customers who had driven up first, as well as other customers who arrived after me in the store. I should've taken my business elsewhere but I felt I invested too much time there so I just grinned and bared it. I got my medication a little over an hour later. She wasn't apologetic and even appeared annoyed. This employee was a mature of aged person, so I can't even excuse her for being young or inexperienced. I had used Walgreens for many years in the past land had always received good service but my last few experiences have been bad ones. Some have been incompetent, others have had bad attitudes and have been rude. I hope they raise their standards of customer service and come to the realization that their customers satisfaction is what will keep them in business and pay...

But other than that every person there that supposed to work in customer service is not friendly one bit. Pharmacy workers don't get me started nothing but young, rude people. I could tell from the very beginning, this store is not the best. Everytime I go in there to shop I have such an unpleasant experience.
Store manager is no help. Assistant manager was unprofessional. Bald man that works there is so rude and takes forever to come to help a customer. He must hate his job because his face always looks sour. I must have waited nearly 30 minutes to be helped in departments such as Photo and Cosmetics. The line is always so long with only 1 cashier. They obviously need the help from experienced...
