My concerns were not addressed, and my appointment time was not kept, but the adjustments helped. Appt. #1: I called and made an appointment. I arrived early. There is no receptionist, but a couple of minutes after I was there, Sam appeared. He was friendly and welcoming and gave me paperwork to complete. He took walk-ins in the meantime. It took me about 5 minutes. I waited a few minutes after I finished my paperwork for him to finish the family of 3 he took back... probably another 10 minutes. He asked me why I was there. I proceeded to tell him the various symptoms and what I had done to take care of it. He didn't say anything about the actual problems I was having, but encouraged me to get off my medication and drink more water. I appreciated his explanation of the dangers of medication, especially long term. Then, without addressing any of my physical problems, he adjusted me. This didn't instill in me any confidence in his chiropractic abilities. Did he know why I was having these troubles? Did he know what to do to help? It was as if the only thing he heard was that I was on muscle relaxers. I was probably with him for 20 minutes at the most. The adjustment did help and although he was congenial, his first impression wasn't great, but I wanted to give him a second chance, see how my body responded and see how things went at the next visit. Afterall, everyone has an off day once in awhile. Appointment #2 I set for opening time a few days later so I wouldn't have to wait while he took walk-ins. Being a one man operation, I was curious to see if he would actually be on time. I arrived on time, but had a hard time finding parking, so I walked in a couple minutes late. I was glad to see that he wasn't late opening. I was surprised that there was 1 person waiting and he was adjusting someone already. That made me wonder if he opened before 10am, as the website states, since I was only a couple minutes at the most late. I signed in and waited. He appeared a few minutes later as his patient left and asked who signed in first. I pointed to the guy waiting. He took him back, while I waited. About 20 minutes after my appointment time, when he had finished with that patient as well, he came and got me. So, either he books multiple appointments for the same time, or he doesn't prioritize people who take the time to make an appointment--neither of which is a good, professional practice. This appointment was no different, in that he never addressed any of my physical issues, but talked more about weaning myself off of the muscle relaxers I was on and drinking more water. So I still don't know if he knows anything about what problems I am having. I was looking for someone who would explain the reasons for the problems and let me know what his plan was to address them, in addition to the lifestyle coaching on medication and water consumption. Did the adjustments help? Yes, but my concerns were...

Read moreThank you Dr. Sam for your professionalism and attention to detail while helping me with my posterior chain decompression. Your practices helped me with my lower back decompression, I feel more mobile, less tension, and a good release in my lower back and overall my whole posterior chain.
I highly recommend to all reading this review. The reason for my visit with Dr. Sam was to alleviate, and decompress my lower back and complete posterior chain before my Fire academy. I will be coming back for my second session in 3-4 weeks.
Booking this appointment was the best thing I could have done for my body and wellbeing. It was much needed, an accumulation of many years playing football since pop warmer up to college, lifting heavy weights through my whole career as an athlete and personal trainer. The Ring Dinger method works, if youâre on the border line of doing it and not. DO IT! You owe it to yourself.
Thank you Dr. Sam, I hope those reading feel better than ever just like I do.
