Walgreens — Local services in Chippewa Falls

I am very disappointed in this one. I love Walgreens and I just started going to this one because I moved close by. At this one the employees are very rude atleast everyone I have ran into. Tonight around 9:40pm I stopped in to print picture off of my phone for something very special. The whole time I was being watched by one female with a mean look on her face standing at the front register and a male walking back and forth past me waiting for me to be done very impatiently. I got done and stood at the counter and she called over the loud speaker for him to come to the desk as soon as he walked up he said yeah you are going to be pushing it we are closed in two minutes and it was only 9:50pm I just said ok? And he continued printing the pictures he handed me the pictures when they were done and said there you go with an attitude and walked over to the check out and was barley talked to besides to tell me what my total was as the boy was standing right at the front door staring at me with his hand on the lock she handed me my pictures not even saying goodnight and as I walked out I said look at that right on time and showed him my phone that has literally just turned to 10pm and he said yup goodnight with a sigh and a side of attitude. No one should feel the way I did going into a store I know stores close at Certian times but that was a little much. If I could rate zero I would. It is honestly the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. It is so inconsistent and many of the employees are so unhelpful and rude.

I went October 8th and surprisingly had a pretty great experience. It took the employee a few minutes to look up my insurance but did and I did not have to pay for my 7 month old sons prescription because my insurance covers it. I left thinking wow they must have done training and hired better employees.

I called for a refill on the same prescription and went on October 22nd to pick it up. I went through the drive-through, The lady looked up my prescription and asked me if I wanted to apply my insurance to it. I looked at her a little confused and said it should be on file. She said that I paid cash last time I was there for the prescription. When I told her that isn’t true and I have proof she didn’t believe me and goes “ this is what the computer tells me”

She got another employee to look up my information and that employee said that my insurance wasn’t going to work either. How is that possible when three weeks earlier with the same prescription it worked with no issues? This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with Walgreens pharmacy being so inconsistent ... With no CVS pharmacy in the area I know have to drive out of my way to pick up his...

I came in quickly to grab laundry soap so I didn't want to drag my kids all the way through walmart. The lady at the check out was extremely rude. And made it to where I never want to come back especially with my children. I'll make the extra mile and go to Walmart. We got to the check out and there was a bowl of candy for Halloween from yesterday and my kids went to grab one piece and the lady wouldn't let them because I was already buying them one of the 79 cent suckers. And then she goes "fine, you can both have a tootsie sucker" my son opens the sucker and he is TWO years old throws the wrapper on the floor. She proceeds to YELL at my 2 year old son because he is TWO. I. His parent. I deal with it. Walgreens better get it together with knowing who to hire. Disrespect me but do NOT Disrespect my children.
