Update: 2021 DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I would give negative Stars if I could. When you order online it says to go to the register to get your order. Said it would take 20 minutes I showed up after 30 like oh great I'm going to have a soggy sub, but when I walked in nobody was at the register but there was some customers waiting to place their orders, so I went to the register (like their website said) , and they completely ignored me ! There was a guy in the back walking around completely ignored the fact there's a customer at the register as well. Couldn't even look up and say "Hi, someone will be with you in a moment" ....There was about four other people that walked in after me and they made sure to make everybody's sandwich in the restaurant until there were no more customers coming in the restaurant before they would acknowledge me and then said oh you have an online order we haven't made that yet. despite it being now 50 minutes.. there is literally no point in ordering online if you have to wait until they clear the entire restaurant of customers before making your sandwich. Standing in line and order your sandwich the regular way is way faster and apparently the only way they know how to operate at this location... oh and by the time I left there nearly an hour after placing my order, got home and the sandwich literally only a couple thin slices on the whole thing . Avoid this place if you can and go to the one by the hospital...

Or a response from Subway customer service. I called the store as soon as I saw the mistake on the order confirmation. The two girls working said neither of them could do refunds and to call and have the manager do it the next day. Called the next morning and the manager said the girls from the night before closed out all the orders the previous night and I’d have to call again the next day when the store manager was working. Called the next day and the store manager said she’d try to find it and refund me. All week, nothing. Two complaints to Subway Customer Service, nothing. My bank is unfortunately not the best at small dollar amount issues, so I’ll just consider it a loss. If no one can do a refund, at least offer a gift card or free sandwiches to that amount next visit. Doing absolutely nothing...
Read moreUsed the drive through to order a basic sub. About half the toppings were missing from the sandwich. The pink hair guy who assisted at the window when paying for my order didn't say a single word the whole transaction. When I later returned to the store to ask for a refund (I had taken the sandwich to my husband's work 15 minutes north of town and he didn't want the sandwich since it was not correct and 12 dollars is alot of money for a half made sandwich.) I think that's a pretty reasonable request, but what do I know. The pink hair guy was back to assist. Again didn't say a word just looked at me and waited for me to order. When I asked for my money back he (after not speaking a word) just started making another sandwich. I restated that I didn't need the sandwich since my husband had to go elsewhere for food and he said "well we're making a new sandwich". So at least we know he can talk.
