KFC — Restaurant in Chippewa Falls

My husband ordered an 8 peice bucket of chicken last night. He brought it home, and the chicken was super greesy and almost burnt on the outside.It must have been sitting out too long and not cooked properly.

I tried one bite and had to spit back out because it was so greasy and not cooked right.

My husband had to go back to KFC and show them the food. They replaced the food but gave us the extra crispy chicken because the original chicken was too greasy and overcooked. This is the 2 time we had to return food, because of bad food. 👎 👎

We are better off cooking our own chicken.

To top it off, I was reading in the comments about this place. Someone also said that they keep a list of customers who complain so they know who you are if you have to complain more than once. I'm not sure if that is true or not. But it is a bit upsetting to read...

Terrible! The wait was too long! Went to drive-thru, but turned out to be a big mistake. While waiting in line, the guy on the scooter or motorbike behind me kept hollering about how long it was taking. That was annoying enough. I ordered the 12 PC. meal, asking for 1/2 original, 1/2 extra crispy. When I got home, my husband found 3 tiny wings, one drumstick, and one disgusting looking thigh! We didn't even get 6 pieces total! I believe we had 6 pieces of crispy. The thigh was gray and slimy looking so he threw it away. We also did not receive any biscuits. The "manager" took $7 off our order, which was great, but when we didn't get our full order, it made sense. The workers were good at apologizing for the wait, but I will not...

My husband had called KFC ahead of time to put in an order for 16 pieces of chicken, two mashed potato side dishes and two Mac and cheese side dishes. When he got home we just put the food in the fridge until supper time. Chicken was great and we had the two Mac and cheeses but we ended up getting one thing of French fries and a bowl of cole slaw which neither one of us eats. On top of that my husband asked for the receipt and we never received it. We will never go to this location ever again.

Update: my husband called the KFC and spoke with the manager on duty who was very nice and she offered us four free large sides and apologized...
