Quest Diagnostics — Local services in Chowchilla

Terrible service, my grandfather who had an appointment was sat in the waiting room for over an hour until he had to ask what was going on. They told him he didn’t have an appointment, which is bs I set his appointment up and have his confirmation number screen shot. The lady didn’t even look him up. Just told him no. Why make an elderly person sit and wait knowing they are sitting there waiting? If you are not a person that enjoys the public’s please do us and yourself a favor and quit. You also can’t call them because there is no way to speak with anyone from that location. If this was me I would just brush it off but because this was an elderly person I feel he was taken advantage of because someone didn’t want to do the job they are there to...

Very disrespectful had me wait an hour an a half when I was the only patient. Receptionist was on her cell phone while I was waiting. On 12/01/2020@6:00AM. I went to do blood work to Lab Quest in Chowchilla. There were 2 people before me and I got out at 7:10 it was a long wait. Do not talk public safety when you do not provide it in your lab facility. Unbelievably bad service! I hope Lab Quest reads this and makes change.
