Very disappointed! We ordered carpet for 1 bedroom and 3 closets and set an appointment 3 weeks out. The owner called me the day before to make sure I was ready and confirmed he received everything I ordered and was ready for the job. Guess he was blowing smoke. One guy showed up to do the job @8:30 am. About 1 hour after his arrival, I noticed one of the pads was open and ruined halfway down the pad and about 8 layers deep. To me it seemed like water damage. When you touched it, the pad was hard and crunchy and stained brown. The installer tried to say sun damage. Long story short, thank God I noticed that sitting in my driveway or it was going in my house. The pad they removed was in better shape than the one they were trying to put in. When the installer called the owner, he tried to tell me that was an upgraded pad from what I paid for. Are you kidding me! I told him that I can't even believe we are having this conversation. I expected him to be nothing but apologetic and frankly embarrassed. But he was not. I told him that nobody would want that in their house. If I wasn't home that ruined pad would have been put into my house. It seems they accidently installed my pad in someone else's house, and I got what was left over in the shop. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They were not apologetic about what happened which only leads me to believe this is normal practice for them. When I showed up the next day to pay my bill, the lady was happy to take my money in full and no apology. I guarantee she was fully aware about what happened. It also took them from 8:30 am until 7 pm to do this job, which is way too long. This job was a nightmare, and I should have gone out of town to get...
Read moreI wish I could give a big fat ZERO STAR. I have a somewhat similar story. They are advertising a special, that provides interest free financing for 36 months for qualifying purchases.. I called and made an appointment, to choose the items I wanted. I made my choices. Time comes to run my credit application, the woman that is supposed to do so, says, "Well, you know", like it is too much trouble for her to run the credit application. Needless to say, they lost a $6,000.00 sale. "WELL, YOU KNOW" that's what happens, with...
