I walked in for a mani-pedi. The girl who did my work RUSHED RUSHED everything. She was talking the entire time, not only to me but to everyone around, answering the telephone. When she was, "Pushing my cuticles back" she basically just, and I am Not exaggerating, TOUCHED my nail. I thought of saying something but she had already cut my my big toe, I didn't want anything else to go wrong. My nails are bubbly, blotchy, and the gel polish isn't even touching the ends, you can clearly see my nail. I ONLY write positive reviews, but for the money I paid, I expect to at least be taken into consideration as a CLIENT/CUSTOMER/GUEST, and my time. Unfortunately, I will never be going back. I even told the girl who did my nails, "Next time, take your time, because I don't like my nails." She smiled and said okay. I have several people telling me I shouldn't have gone, if only I would've known. I usually go to a nail salon in Las Americas mall where they take their time with the client and consider the fact that we are people too, I will continue going there. Ask for Hank, hes amazing. I'm sorry for this, but if I would have read a review like this, I think I would've been grateful to save my money I work...

First time here, came for a pedicure the first thing I asked was if they knew how to cut ingrown nails. Tammy said yes and sat ms down with this other young girl. In less than 5 minutes she was done cutting my ingrown nails but never really removed them. The lady Tammy comes over and asked me how it was I said I still felt the ingrown nails, they started talking Vietnamese (I suppose ) and after neither one of them were able to service correctly, she said (very rudely )" I suggest you go get your pedicure done at your regular location. " Worst customer service experience in a nail salon. If I could give this place 0 for a rating I would. The only reason I stopped by this place is because it was close to base but never would I recommend nor come back for any...

Will never be returning again!!! VERRRY UPSET! Good for pedicures nice woman did my pedicure. But, when I asked to get my old acrylic nails removed, another staff woman came to me and asked me if I would be getting a fill. I told her I didn't have enough money to do my acrylic nails today and I only wanted them to be removed. She began to have a sour attitude towards me, finally while I was getting my toes done she brought a pair of nippers. I gave her my hand and all she did was ripped the acrylic right off my nail beds !! IT HURT HORRIBLY!! I almost wanted to cry. My nails felt so weak and thin afterwards. I was sad because I thought she would soak them off and gently remove the acrylic, but that was the exact opposite of...
