Taquería El Poblano — Restaurant in Chula Vista

The Food was AMAZING! I brought my family of 8 so that we could taste almost every. I had Birria Tacos and Carne Asada tacos. The carne asada taco has onions cilantro and guacamole and salsa. If you don't like spicy i would recommend you ask for the salsa on the side and add as much as you like. The Birria tacos had onion cilantro and cheese melted inside making it cheezy and gooey on the inside while crispy on the outside. I also order a Quesabirria which is like the quest taco but this one has a flour tortilla. Either way both were delicious and flavorful. Don't forget to order the vasito de consomé which is broth juices and flavor the Birria is cooked in, if you dip your tacos in there trust me you'll never want to visit another Birria place again. My mother and sister orderd the Menudo which was amazing aswell. You add cilantro lime onions and oregano and have your corn tortillas on the side and you've got a delicious meal! My brother got a Torta de Carne Asada he said it was perfect , the bread was buttery and Crisp, it had onions cilantro and guacamole and salsa once again the salas is spicy but delicious ask for it on the aide if you aren't a fan if spicy chile. ONE BITE = HEAVEN. NOT KIDDING. And Friendly, Attentive staff. We ordered a vampiro de carne asada, mulita y poblano taster. ALL PERFECTION! I rarely order meat @ restaurants because usually it's rubber at restaurants. But NOT here. Here it is perfect. Generous sides given= pepino, raddish, limes. Perfect salsa roja. See my pictures! I had to eat in my car, please excuse the background. This place makes you feel like you are dining in heaven though. 😋

So i discovered this awesome place in Chula Vista. I found them on instagram, i visited them at the home depot on dennery rd. (12-4pm), then on Broadway from 6pm-2am daily, presentation and cleanliness was on point, their customer service is excellent and the tacos(asada & adobada) are to die for!, WITH REAL GUACAMOLE LIKE IN TIJUANA made with avocados.
