Sprouts Farmers Market — Local services in Chula Vista

This place gives surprises everytime. I was today waiting for the longest time ever at Sprouts due to those workers they keep changing everytime and keep the rudeness at hand. Everytime I go there there is something new about, how badly they are with customer services that wait their turn patiently and decide to go with people that likes to make conversations with them and cut lines. They give priority to people that are rude and with other customers waiting patiently and timely and later not be provided with good service at all. Managers as well as workers are rude and they cover each other back when they know they are doing things wrongly. I have observe how clients have complain to managers and complain to the cashier on the spot and explain situations and they keep covering other wrong doings. Tired of waiting long hours for a sandwich, or a juice or a simple service such as other simple plates, and when tell them about it, they complain, raise voices and never do the order appropietly and even provide the excuse of not having the order ready for any reason. I do not trust this place anymore, they are so many wrong doings being cover and so many injustices. How can I client feel safe and they are treating many very unpoorly and have a selection of clients whom they choose to provide faster service while others are treated unfairly and are unheard. Who is the real culprit behind this hirings?. They all provide not such good service and it is unfair cause even if people are in need of a service, we all should be treated fairly and accordengly and with respect and should not have to wait longer than other customers for speaking out about the rudeness of other...

Today i purchased "sprouts brand" low fat Greek Yogurt, and temescula valley honey company AVOCADO blossum honey. I paid 15 dollars plus tax for a pint of honey or 826 grams. WHAT A DISSPOINTMENT !1 The yogurt has SO MUCH milk powder that IT has a nasty powdery texture to it. Doesnt Sprouts review the products that they put their name on?? NOW..it says HIGH PROTEIN 13.6G per serving. I should have just bought a bag of milk powder, i want yogurt, not milk powder when i buy yogurt. AND.. the honey?? well, if this is avocado honey, i wont be buying that kind anymore. i thought at 15 bucks, that I would be getting something nice.. this honey sucks. WEAK taste, bad texture! WHAT?? did they put MILK POWDER in this too?? Sprouts portrays themselves to be a kind of health food store, BUT, if you aske them they downplay that and tell you "oh no, we are NOT a health food store, we are "just a story that carries "some" healthly products".. I hardly ever shop here anymore. Prices are high, and well, thats about it. Their baked goods might as well be sold a walmart, but at three times the price. Sprouts portrays this "wholesomeness" but, I have found the opposite to be true. I bought two containers of yogurt, I am going to throw them...

I visited the store because I'm looking for places where I can work. However, it's so dark inside the store, the lighting is really poor. Keep in mind, I went during the day and it was still so dark inside. It's so dark inside that I can't picture myself working here. I never gone to a store where it's literally so dark inside. It feels like you are entering a cave. Could you please update the lights? Walmart, Food 4 Less, Costco, and Target have better lighting than Sprouts. It's just too dark.

I hope this gets passed down to upper management. I can't imagine how it is to work without proper lighting everyday.

I saw another person post a picture about how the store looks like, but it doesn't look like that in 06/06/2025. The store actually has super poor lighting. I went on a rush to the store with other people so I didn't have time to take a picture. However, it doesn't look the pictures you see here. If you want to double check, I advice you to go to the store.
