My son came out in a quincenera and this is the place they rent the tuxedos from. They took his measurements 3 times , 3 different days and still ordered him a size too small on the pants. Yes he wears shorts under but even without the shorts the size was wrong and pants were too small. He couldn’t even sit down from how tight they were. Teresa blamed my son for getting the wrong size and charged me again for the alterations after they made the mistake. My son has came out in multiple quinceñeras at other locations and never had this problem. Also the customer service is horrible. The way the manager Teresa tries to explain with attitude is not ok. She needs training in customer service. On Sunday the father of the quinceñera calls me and tells me everyone had been checked off and that everything was returned good. I told him how is that possible if I haven’t returned my sons yet. And yes. Once I get to the store to return it the lady couldn’t find the ticket and took a while, she found it in the bin of the returned tuxedos as checked off. This just tells you how unorganized they are and how they keep making mistakes. But yet it was my sons fault for the sizing on the pants. I would never come back here again or recommend this...

Update: The reply from the store is inaccurate. Never did the groom pick out another dress nor did any of the bridesmaids authorize another dress. I stated from the beginning that we would need to know the price of the new dresses because the picture sent to me said 49.99 while we paid 139.99 plus tax for the original dresses: It’s funny because I was told the dresses were the same when Jessica called and you just said YOU altered the dresses. So which is it? A different store with the same dress or are you spray painting a white horse black? More lies and more scams. Item being out of stock, that is fine it happens but the lying is not ok. I can post the screenshots, or you can just be truthful and apologize. The choice is yours. There is a lot more damaging information I am not posting so I would stop digging a bigger hole now and be honest.

Please do not go here. These people are scammers. You pay for one dress and they will switch the company and dress and tell you it’s the same dress. It’s a bait and switch. You think you’re getting one dress and they will switch it on you and if you try to get refunded because it’s not the same dress they will charge you $30 for canceling the dress that you did not order....

I had exactly a week to find a gown for a gala I was attending. I went into this store 3 to 4 times that week to try on different gowns. They have a no return policy so I had to love what I was getting. I tried other stores in Plaza Bonita but no one had a selection like this store. Jessica was the associate that saved me! She was such a great help! I couldn’t have done it without her assistance and suggestions. We tried on tons of these dresses and I was so indecisive. Jessica was so patient and never once got frustrated with me. She even showed me the banquet hall that is part of the store but upstairs. They were setting up for a Quinceañera that evening and it looked magical. I didn't know there was just a roomy event space up there! Well, by the time Saturday rolled around I made my final decision and ended up getting two gowns!
