Cute boots and plenty of bright leggings to coordinate with interesting tops--some with bright colored patterns, some soft, flowing and pretty pastels, some black, gray, and white coordinating items. A rack of long dresses that would look great for dining in the local restaurants beckoned. The Boutique is in a vintage building in the waterfront town of Cicero, with tall ceilings and exposed brick walls, shining wooden floors. Clothes are displayed attractively, though I had to stretch a bit to look at some items on the higher racks. I had arrived 20 minutes before closing time, on my way home from other errands in Boone and Hamilton counties. I was able to park immediately in front of the store. The street had lots of traffic, so care getting in and out of my car and back into traffic when I left was needed. Inside, I was graciously accomodated, despite closing time fast approaching . Dressing rooms are spacious and attractive. While I didn't find what I was looking for to wear to an upcoming appointment in the time I had, I did find a classy greeting card from their small collection....

I reached out to customer service to exchange my item and provided picture proof of the damage. This boutique had me running through hoops before they would issue me a $36 STORE CREDIT (which I still have not gotten btw) They wonât even give you your money back. First, they asked me to wash the dress to see if the stain would come out. The lines faded some, but were still visible. I followed up and told them that the lines were still on the dress after washing. Their response âCan you please send us a picture of the dress after washing? If the flaw is still there then we will send a store credit.â I feel as if they donât believe their customers. Why would I lie just to get a $36 store credit?!    Read moreI like their clothes but their customer service is not great. BAD return policy - you have to pay to send your item back AND to get the new item shipped to you (if you do an exchange). They also advertise items they know they donât have in stock, which is false advertising. But they donât care and you canât tell them anything. Theyâll just argue with you, and tell you âitâs an adâ and that they donât have control even though they absolutely do have control. Theyâre just too lazy to change their ads. They need to hire someone who has actual marketing knowledge, not someoneâs friend. Also hire someone who knows how to interact with customers. You canât just say fake things that sound good.
