I had a very bad experience with this company!! I bought a vending machine in 2022 and it already had problems. I called to talk to a service technician for an issue with the elevator getting stuck and not working but when i spoke to him i can barely understand him like he had real broken english. He said we needed to troubleshoot it together but his broken English made it hard to diagnose it together. He ended saying it was the control board and he shipped me a new one but still didn’t work. I installed like he told me too and still nothing! He said we needed to do more troubleshooting but i told him i dont want to work with someone over the phone with real broken english that i can barely understand. I hung up on him because he sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing, I believe his name was Fernando. This place needs to hire a real good service technician that can actually talk articulate english. Warning stay away!! Im so upset at this place after spending 11,000$ just to end up talking to someone who can barely talk any english and doesn’t know how to diagnose things correctly!!! They where very condescending I asked for an invoice and the rep said "we take cash for orders" I asked for clarity and he responded in a rude way and said "just like if you go in a hardware store and buy something, they want cash before you leave with their product"! WELL NO DUH but I'm not in the store and even hardware store have invoices and ect! I asked for INVOICE(IE a paypal invoice) but clearly Vend Rite is still in the stone ages and doesn't realize that an invoice can be paid virtually. I recently needed help with reconfiguring this unit and spoke with Tom in tech support. He walked me through the process clearly and patiently, and, followed up by sharing a video tutorial.
