For the price listed, I expected quality lashes and service. I did not receive the latter. At first, I thought my technician was an introvert, which I totally understand. But, I was shortly proved wrong when she was comfortable speaking to literally everyone else establishment but me. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and tried to join in on her conversation with the other technicians, which led nowhere. Then, I tried to connect with her by asking the typical small talk to get some conversation going, which was not successful. After, she was going on and on about her boy problems to everyone in the establishment, I just gave up conversing in general. I put my AirPods in, which resulted in her snickering. Lindsey has been doing my lashes and eyebrow waxing for about a year now and there is a reason I go back to her every single time.
