I absolutely hate if I have to come to this store. While the employees I have dealt with have been decent what I can assume is the owner, is almost always rude. She looks to not have had children in about 40 years and must have forgotten how to be kind to them. If my kids even touch one thing she stares them down like she’s irritated that anyone has the nerve to ruin her displays. It’s one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I have ever had. There are plenty of other places to buy kids clothes. They are SO stuck up even though WE are the ones buying the overpriced clothing and they are the ones working FOR US. They need to get over themselves and be a little warmer to the people paying...

Turned up here to buy a nice gift for my nephew for Christmas - I hadnt been in the store since I was wearing the clothes! Certainly expensive, but it’s a luxury children’s boutique - by walking in one has to accept the concept. Staff was very kind and helpful once I broke the ice.
