Fifth Third Bank & ATM — Local services in Cincinnati

Do not use fifth third!!!!! I put my debit card in their ATM machine there was nothing wrong with the debit card I had just gotten it replaced it was brand new. I put it in the ATM machine at the fifth third on cleves Warsaw and glenway and it ate my card and didn't dispense it back out. when I called to see how I could retrieve my card they told me that it had been shredded. I don't understand how you take somebody else's property and there was no me putting in my pin wrong or anything like that and they shredded my s* don't ever use fifth third their scam and they don't give a s* when they inconvenience you by shredding your own personal property. but if I would have went in and did something like that to them the police would have got called on me that's probably what I should have done is called the police since they held my property and shredded it...

The bank itself and people that work inside are ok but the mobile app is horrible. As of November 1st 2023 I still receive duplicate texts from purchases made on my 5/3 credit card days after the original purchase. These duplicate text messages always are sent in the middle of the night. Today at 2:45am I get two texts from things I originally bought the previous Sunday and Monday. I get a text when I buy something with no problem right after the transaction then days later I get duplicate texts. No matter where I shop from Amazon to Walgreens and even Burger King. This is the parking lot across Cleves-Warsaw from the Fifth-Third Overlook branch building. The lot is the property of Fifth-Third, but the bank has evidently abandoned it, as it is now used day and night by the Maranata Store and the Old-Time Saloon - for parking and for trash pick-up.
