Horrible, I paid for a down payment on a couch with cash, the movers couldn’t get the furniture to fit into my home. Said my home could only get recliners or I can come back to get my refund. I come back to get my refund they tell me to call back everyday to see if they have cash in order to give me my refund.. So I have to wait til they get cash in order to get my money because they said most of their customers pay with card, what does that have to do with me. Why accept cash payments if you can’t get a refund until they make cash. It’s not my fault the furniture can’t fit in my home… now I’m just sitting around waiting on my money, & don’t even have the furniture. Just...

Poor attitudes horrible planning. They told me they would deliver my PS4 to my house next day and asked me if 12-2 would work for me so I said yes. Took off work to accommodate to them. No one shows clock turns 2:15 so I call and they say I’m sorry our employee forgot to write you down in the schedule we will get it to you tomorrow. All while having an attitude. I can not take two days off In a row so now I’m stuck and they screwed me over if my pay at work and my time. Horrible service horrible attitudes....

Got a speaker for my son birthday then realized i aint want it because workers be skeming couldn't even log into my own account or pay my bill without a worker, so i told them come get it, baby they called everyday for 3 weeks and everyday for 3 weeks they didn't even know why they was calling me, then start callin my mama an some more 😭🤣🤣🤣 I wanted to be mad but mfs was so uneducated I just laughed its ah done deal just throw the whole store away at this point.
