Ok here we go, been trying to do this for 3 days now, I went to the location on glenway Tuesday evening to get 2 deep dish pizzas and crazy bread. And I had my 12 year old with me. My total kinda surprised me considering where we were and the total they gave was 3450. The deep dish pizzas are supposed to be nine dollars. I was charged 15 and I did order two extra toppings on each one but that makes the toppings three dollars a peice and then the crazy bread , so when I open the crazy bread because it seem short they weren’t sticks. It was literally a half of a pizza dough shell rolled up and cooked with no extra stuff on it , like my kids would’ve been upset because they like it the way they’re supposed to be , not like that and there was more than one pack was like that.. so I told the cashier just to get me the money back for the crazy bread as well as , when he brought me the two pizzas, He handed them to me saying that one of the toppings was not available so if it’s not available, I shouldn’t have to pay for it, so I wanted the money for the topping as well as the crazy bread back and he , I don’t know his name, the cashier, said that I was being disrespectful by asking for them to go ahead and take care of my order instead of ordering from people who hadnt even ordered anything yet. I had already been there an hour and a half , if that’s not long enough. I did raise my voice , but after I had stood up for myself, against that guy and held firm to a my boundaries and request and his rebuttals was and I quote ,m, “ if you don’t stop talking I’m gonna turn into somebody you don’t like, and I still demanded my money back but .I left as a result of that , so that it didn’t escalate and I grabbed the two pizzas he had handed me. Me and Levi left and I greet we had gotta a little bit screwed over , so I went back to the restaurant, and I sat outside in the car and asked my son to go and ask the cashier to return the money to my card so that I could take them to get the rest of their food somewhere else. the cashier followed my 12 yeAr old out to the car and started telling me that I had stolen the pizzas and that he had refunded all the money but it wouldn’t show for a few days, I don’t have money like that to just hope it goes back on my card and go spend money somewhere else for my food. That’s not a real thing. I had also just waited an hour and a half to get these two pizzas and he had handed them to me. I did not steal anything I paid for them. He was supposed to refund the crazy bread and the topping that they messed up , maybe a total of about 8 bucks , OK , so he proceeded to try to get in my back door to get the food and my son was in the car and I went into defense mode and put my foot up in like a blocking technique to push him out of the way, so that I can close the door and about 15 minutes later, I woke up in my seat where he had knocked me out. I seriously hope this is not how you handle all of your employees disgruntlement I will be seeking legal counsel and I was within all my right to protect my son as well as my car when I was being treated so...
Read moreI decided it's time for another review, so I'm going to see how much more I can add, to this already existing review, from about 2 years ago (since it doesn't allow you to have more than one.)
For the last year, this place has been a real mess. They may or may not be open, during posted hours. They may or may not be able to take your order, even when they have been open. If they are open, and take your order, it has been far more likely than not, that it will be incorrect, and/or very poor quality. In the last couple of weeks, I've been able to interact with the manager (Amanda), , and she was actually very easy to talk to, and offered real world reason(s) for why there have been these kind of issues. Everything that she said, made sense. She asked me to give her a chance to get it together at this store. Her sincerity seamed very genuine, so I've been doing just that. Within a few days of our interaction, there was a very noticeable difference. The store has been open, the food is very good, the bags/wrapoers haven't been a greasy mess, and the staff all seem competent. It's been a couple of weeks, and it is still holding up. Hopefully it will stay like this. The manager Amanda, is the only reason that I've been wIlling to ever eat there, ever again, let alone write this updated review. We shall see, what we shall see...
2yrs ago-Since they got a new manager (Jennifer) this place has been SO much better,, and I'm talking about a HUGE difference in service AND quality. I stopped going to this one for years because it was really really bad. I heard they had a new manager and have been going back ever since. The girl at the counter today was absolutely awesome and super friendly and polite (gorgeous with raven black hair and beautiful mesmerizing blue eyes..not that it matters, but sure made it that much more pleasant to wait on 5 pizzas...
Read moreWe love their wings, get them a lot. Yesterday we stopped to get 2 orders of wings and a pizza, it was a nightmare! Their speaker never works, we were 6th in line at the drive through. Put our order in, but the guy had trouble, we had to repeat the order 3 times. Paid for it, gave him a tip, like we always do, did not have these ready so we pulled around to wait, plus he gave us the wrong receipt. We waited about an hour, I went to the door, it was locked a sign said short on staff. We continued to wait. And wait and wait. The guy finally brought an order out for another car, so I ask where ours was, THIE PIZZA JUST CAME OUT BUT WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ONE ORDER OR WINGS. SO WE WAITED SOME MORE. FINALLY HE BROUGHT IT OUT! I CHECKED THE ORDER OUT. NO SAUCE ON THE WINGS, WE GOT GARLIC PARMESAN, REPEATED IT 3 TIMES. I went to the door and pounded on it to get attention. He told me the other guy must not have of heard that, they were short of help, he was sorry. Took my wings to fix them. I love the wings but this was so ridiculous, more than a bad experience, we will never go back. Them need to...
