My family and I were visiting the Cincinnati Museum and figured we'd eat somewhere close before getting there. We stopped here on May 12, 2019. Immediately, we were put off by sticky floors all the way to the counter and a building that needed to be remodeled. We made our order to a less-than-enthusiastic (but not rude) cashier. As we waited we noted other problems. The kitchen area was filthy with crumbs and grease on everything. While getting our drinks, the floor was sticky the entire way and the cup lid dispensers were empty. At the table (sticky floor), the tabletop was not clean and none of them looked clean. We'd never eaten at White Castle before, so we expected the worse with the food. Actually, the food was decent, but we couldn't enjoy it because the lack of cleanliness was, frankly, disgusting and we couldn't wait to get out of there. On the way out (shoes sticking to the floor the whole way), I went to get a refill and a cockroach scurried across the drink station. In almost two years of living in Ohio, that was the first cockroach I'd seen. I poured out my drink in the parking lot and felt a little nauseous until evening when I could no longer feel the food in my stomach. I will not eat at that restaurant again and White Castle is now at the bottom...
Read moreAlthough I DO NOT CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT THE FACT I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT ORDER FROM HERE WHEN THEIR SHORT STAFFED. BECAUSE DRIVE THRU IS OPEN ONLY I do not have a vehicle so not only did I just walk to this location and the dining area inside is closed. But I can not order at all because I do not own a vehicle to go thru the drive thru!!!..... So I have to turn around and walk all way back without any food or anything. Suggestion: since y'all have 2 drive thru order boards now. When u have to close the diner then for walk ups ONLY that do not come in a car. You should take their orders by the other order board and have them walk up to the front door on walk way or entrance walk and wait for their order. Do not just completely and not professionally tell them it's not their problem that they do not have a car ....that's RUDE, and unprofessional and disrespectful also.... And also another suggestion if you can't do the 1st suggestion then at the most u can or could do is make a sign to put on the window on the inside dining area that states *( DRIVE THRU ONLY ATM ..THANKS! )

Read moreNon working AI drive-thru, took roughly an hour for 10 with cheese and small chocolate shake. Never see such slow service. When I got up to the window, which is actually a whole door open to the window and exposed outside. Yep where are the girl walks straight to your car. Just to take your order again. Then you wait and wait while you watch five customers pull into the parking lot. Then go into the shore and leave. The whole time you're just waiting for your order. From 40 min ago . Still waiting. The drive-through girl was sweet and friendly. Finally got my chocolate shake. WHAT do you mean you don't have a spoon??? Have you ever tried to suck one of their shakes through a straw?? Your head will cave in first. With that said she gave me a fork and no straw. I asked for a spoon and a straw, she said we have no spoons. What the hell??? 10 minutes later I got my 10 with cheese. Something very wrong with the system !!! The sliders were great and so was the chocolate shake. But you would have to drag me back threw the drive thru with wild horses! No FN WAY ! Why torment the people that keep you in business...
