Crystal and Corey "Coach" [The owners] are not good-hearted people, nor are they trustworthy. The place is not kid friendly either. Came out to this establishment after Crystal reached out to me on thumbtack to have a chandelier hung. She decided to leave a 1 star review after she passed on hiring me for the job. Why? Because I requested a $60 service call fee for the 2 hour travel time to do the estimate. Furthermore, she lied in the review multiple times. When you review the attached photos, you can see exactly how professional I was towards her and coach. Here's a detailed account of the visit that I left as a reply to the negative review that can be confirmed through the screenshots.

[Well, crystal, l'm sorry you feel this way. I| showed up when I said I would for an estimate. My communication was open the entire time. If you're leaving a 1 star review because of the service fee I requested for driving an hour to evaluate your installation job after you told me I wasn't hired for the job, then I'm truly sorry that it offended you.

I did nothing to deserve a 1-star review. You stated you needed a simple chandelier hung where an existing light fixture was. I get there to find out its 3 chandeliers and you wanted me to also add dimmer switches/ separate them from the fans that were also wired to the same switch. Significantly different than I was led to believe. I was straightforward and said i needed to consult with my friend, who was an electrician. He had something come up, so i needed to reschedule a single time. Hardly rescheduling "a lot"

I did give you a quote. 2, actually. 1 without rewiring dimmer switches and fans and 1 with. felt unwelcome during the entire visit by coach despite me being exceptionally friendly and even complimenting the creative use of mechanic toolboxes being used instead of typical barber counters. Held a good rapport with coach and we knuckle bumped before I left. The knuckle bump felt good since I started the visit feeling like I was an unwelcomed guest.

Furthermore, I asked you if it was okay if I could bring my 5 year old since I was unable to find a sitter on such short notice. To which you agreed. (Single Father BTW) Your review is deceitful and covered in malice. I will be sure to leave a review on your barbershop business that reflects the negative experience I've had with you and highlight your attempts to slander my business.

Crystal, I would like to reiterate my sincere apologies that you had a negative experience but wanted to give you a breakdown of my perspective of events. I was planning to come to your shop to have me and my sons haircut, and I now will not be doing so.

I took my boyfriend to get his beard trimmed. He took it to a whole other level. We got the beard lined up, trimmed, and shaped so that if he wants to grow it back out it should grow evenly. He gave him tips on beard care and how to keep it growing. He shaped his hair line up, and cleaned up his mustache. We had a really great time hanging out. Overall dope cut and nice...
