You've got to get to The Frank! Yesterday I saw an article about the newest "hot restaurants" in Cincinnati, and one place stood out as being in an (assumption made by me) unlikely place: Lower Price Hill. I have family in Price Hill so I thought I would try The Frank for lunch. I am so glad I did! Parking was easy on South Street, they are only open (right now) for lunch, and the work done inside is beautiful, restoring a century-old building, with friendly staff, and the biggest plus of all: great food! The prices are on point, and the food was ready exactly when they said it would be. It's great to have a restaurant in the neighborhood that isn't fast food! I like that the standard side with sandwiches is Saratoga chips - they are tasty and not overly filling. The Frank's portions are perfect - not so much that you're groggy and don't want to go back to work after lunch but instead it is...
