Computronix is a rare find. I am not in the practice of throwing around buzz labels like “Customer Centric Gem”, but in a nutshell that is the label that fits Computronix and its ownership perfectly.
Computronix’s owner, Justin takes in the big picture and long-range view when he digs in to solve your technology needs, both immediate, as well as in presenting ideas and recommendations for the customer to consider.
While the conveniently located store operates during traditional standard hours, Justin has also been known to personally accommodate the customer’s schedule with on-site support after standard hours. He sees the end-to-end job through completion and validation without regard to the clock on the wall. Justin goes above and beyond in that he does not just “sit there” while programs are loading, and systems are updating.
I have personally observed Justin to go so far as to take the initiative to neatly organize cables and even dust the office of a local Automotive Body shop, which is how I stumbled upon this dying breed of business owner when I observed his work while my vehicle was in the shop where the business owner, Brian of Gold Star Auto Body and Frame, like Justin, delivers the same rare customer centric support.

Read moreGreat experience with Computronix - wireless printer would not work. Contacted Computronix, explained the problem then scheduled in-home appointment with Justin Hardee (owner). He arrived on time, immediately identified the problem and repaired it, explaining all that he did. What a delight to have the printer operational again! While visiting his store, I also found the exact laptop to replace my old laptop - experience all around was top-notch. Before going to Computronix, I had gone to a big box store - the experience there was abyssmal (lot of fast-talk sales pitches, questions not answered, transferring data from old laptop to new one took over a week to complete, did not deliver on what they said and though I paid for tech support, there were additional hidden charges), and ultimately, I ended up returning the computer I purchased there as well as Microsoft package and cancelled the annual subscription for tech support as this store simply failed its mission. Read moreI have to give Josh and Justin a great review, I brought my older laptop in because it was acting goofy for awhile than wouldn't let me log in to do my work, I'm retiring this week and of course computer goes on the fritz. I brought it in today late morning and by the afternoon I got the call to come and get it. WOW when does that happen anywhere, do yourself a favor avoid the box store guru's. they did such a good job everything is still where it's supposed to be and everything re-populates as it did before, I'm totally impressed, my new computer guys, I have to go back for a battery but who knows I'm thinking I like 1 of the computers they have for sale because it really is time for me to upgrade. A few weeks ago both my uncle and I bought new laptops ( long overdue) and we brought them to Josh I believe, we both had to have everything transferred overto the new ones and also have the Bloatware removed, it took them a little bit but both my uncles and my computers operate awesome and look the same navigating, thanks again for awesome...
