Papa Johns Pizza — Local services in Citrus Park

I have been a Papa John's customer for almost 2 decades. I absolutely love their thin crust pizza. Today however, was a very bad experience for me. I had ordered a pizza about 4 weeks ago. They forgot to include a part of my order. Not a big deal. I told them and they compensated me with a pizza. Today, I had ordered 5 pizzas. They were all without any meat toppings, only veggies. I recieved one of them with a piece of pepperoni. We could not eat that pizza. We are vegetarians. When I called to talk to them, I had to convince that I had indeed placed order with that papa john. Moreover, the person put me on hold to go talk their manager. I was on hold for more than 7 minutes before I hung up.

I am not sure what's going on but really disappointed and will question the quality control.

Not sure if I am ordering from here again.

the quality of this papa johns has fallen to an abysmal point. multiple pizzas ordered on different dates, ubereats and pick up, each not cut fully, each incredibly thin and cooked too long, consistently missing parts of the order (like no extra sauce or no topping). i keep trying to give this place a chance because papa john’s is my favorite pizza, but since they stopped delivering to my address (literally 5 miles away from this location) they have not put any effort into their product at all. shame on me for continuing to patronize this place that clearly does not care about the product or the customer. do yourself a favor and order from a local pizza place and not on this incredibly...

I gave Papa John's another try after I started ordering Dominos a few years back. The service was excellent as always, on time and the person delivering the pie excellent. However the double I ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and double cheese. Quite frankly it seemed just like a regular pepperoni pizza which I paid $3 more for. Flavor is was OK and the crust which was suppose to be well done was not. 5 star service and delivery but 2.5 - 3 stars for the pizza. Looks like it is back to Dominos which I believe has a better tasting pizza and...
