What an absolute embarrassment! I ordered from Beverly’s for the first time since the Caledonia Florist closed down and WHAT A MISTAKE! I paid $83 for a DELUXE arrangement to be delivered to my mother in Churchville, 14428. Website said $6.95 delivery, perfect. Delivery was set for today & the lady dropped off this MESS pictured on the right! I’ve been ordering arrangements for years, I understand actual arrangement may vary slightly but this wasn’t even CLOSE! (Check out what I ordered on the left!) The lilies are WILTED & there were 4 carnations and 3 roses and a bunch of green Garland weeds! WOW. As mortified as I was, I called up the shop and spoke to Russ, the owner, who was SO NASTY AND CONDESCENDING! As a fellow business owner myself, I am embarrassed for him. First, he told me he was “DOING ME A FAVOR” by delivering to my moms as he was “headed out to Bergen anyway, so we did it as a courtesy.” Seriously? I punched in the zip and address on the website with no issue! Who even mentions that to a customer?? He then went on raving how he made the arrangement himself and that if I wasn’t satisfied he could reimburse me $10. WHAT?! $10??? This arrangement was literally a bunch of dying “courtesy” weeds. I didn’t even ASK for a refund. I asked if he could pick up my mother’s arrangement and swap it with one that I asked for. He ended our call with “JESUS F*CKING CHRIST.” Nice business owner. 30 minutes later, knock at my moms door asking for arrangement back. EMBARRASSING ONCE AGAIN. The delivery driver said and I quote “Your daughter threatened our business by saying she will leave negative reviews.” UMMMM.. I sure am because that’s what you deserve for your POOR customer service. A simple, “I apologize, how can I make this right?” would have been great!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but what would you do if you received the pictured $83 arrangement on the right?

Read moreI don't even know where to begin. I showed up at Beverly's with a picture and an idea for funeral flowers for my most beloved cousin that died far too early. I told the gentleman that took my order what I wanted to spend and he said I didn't have to spend that much!! He said that he would make sure everything was perfect. Perfect doesn't even begin to describe the beautiful arrangements that I saw when we got to church! They were exquisite! I will never use another florist! The exchange and conversation between us was also calming and pleasant. Additionally, the reason I went to Beverly's in the first place was because I had received a lovely sympathy arrangement from my co-workers the day before! ...
Read moreI ordered for delivery to a hospital because I live far out of town and they had the best prices in the area for flowers + delivery. Admittedly I was nervous ordering online as the website was pretty basic and allowed me to select same day delivery at 1pm when the shop closes at 5. Especially because I didn’t get a delivery window.
I was so surprised when I found out my order was delivered within 2.5 hours of being placed, and came out absolutely beautiful. So many shops will send the worst flowers when you’re not there to pick them out in person, especially if you order online, but that’s not the case with Beverly’s....
