House of Bounce Batavia — Attraction in City of Batavia

Took nine of our grandkids ( ages 3 to 16) for Christmas in July! 🎄 What a great idea this turned out to be!! 🤗 We had never been so it would have been nice if someone had taken us around or pointed out where we could go and what we could do, but kids have no fear and they figured it out!! The kids( and a few of the adults), played in the nerf gun room for almost an hour. They started playing free for all style but then tried some of the games posted outside the door. The favorite by far was protect the president. They all took turns being the president, secret service, and bad guys. They loved it! The arcade room saw lots of action as well. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when NO ONE played the game system instead opting for good old fashioned fun and games! That's a bet I would have lost! They truly have something for everyone and I hope they stick around for a long, long time!! Now I'd like to add my personal 2cents... This was one of the best Christmas gifts I think we've ever given them. They don't need more "stuff", they have too much as it is. They outgrow it, lose it or break it. If you are planning a party the website does not disclose the full price for the party. Be aware of how it is worded, because you will be paying a lot more than expected and what's included. If you plan on having a party and playing arcade games expect to bring extra money for cards for those... $5 for about 2 - 3 games ... it's mainly a place for little kids. One kid in our party got smacked in the face by another person who wasn't apart of our party and the employee was rude to our party about it like it didn't matter that another customer smacked a kid in the face intentionally. Also when kids were playing at arcade games we paid for... the employee working told the kids to move out of her way because she was vacuuming. This said employee also was very rude to all of the children in the party if adults weren't around she gave them all attitude yelling at them.... if she had any problems she could have addressed us parents and we could've handled any problems. Instead she thought it was okay to be disrespectful to the children. This place is NOTHING we expected it to be. But we learned our lesson. We will never have another party here or probably even attend anything at this establishment again. I'm sure I'm not the only person...

While this a good establishment for younger children, I had an issue during my visit there a couple of weeks ago. The massage chairs that were there didnt give me an option to change the time, when I paid, and charged me for an hour when my kids only hand roughly 10-15 minutes of play left. The girl there tried her best to resolve the issue, but the owner came off annoyed on the phone. She tried saying she could refund me the time I actually wanted compared to the time charged, but then she would be at a loss and she didnt want that. She claimed the company would refund me, and here it is weeks later and not refunded. The owner was worried about a loss of the difference (in which I had 3 kids playing) and apparently not the loss of a repeat customer. Her tone and the manner in which it has not been followed up makes me not want to revisit. The girl in charge took my name and number and tried her best, just very unsatisfied with how the situation has not...
