Was renting from them and paid off my furniture. Everything was great when Eric was there. Decided to rent again, this time a dishwasher. At the time of signing they asked me if I wanted to be signed up for automatic payments I said no because I only use my bank account to pay bills, I usually carry cash. I’ve always been on time and called every week to make my payments. I called Friday July 1st but the office was closed when I called, lost track of time, Saturday morning I checked my balance on my online banking before I called them to make a payment and they took more than my payment plus two additional payments for insurance without my authorization. I called them and they told me that there was pretty much nothing I could do. I called my bank the following Tuesday because of the holiday to file a claim because at this point they overdrafted me and I was negative in my bank account, then there was also the overdraft fees and the fees each day after. My bank called Arona Home Essential and they lied to my bank saying I do get my payments automatically taken out. The bank let me know what they said and I called them myself, recorded the whole conversation and was told that this happens to a lot of people. They save your card numbers and use it without your permission even if you don’t sign up for that. Very unprofessional they lied to my bank and contradicted their whole story because they didn’t want to reimburse me for their mistake. I still haven’t been reimbursed and I’ve called numerous times just for them to tell me that the regional manager is going to call me back. Not to mention when I received my dishwasher there was only one delivery guy who scratched and dented the dishwasher in multiple places, called the office while he was in the parking lot and they acted as if they didn’t believe me. Honestly I would not rent from this company I got 2 phones a I phone and galaxy and they charged me 4000 forn2 phones I understand I'm renting them but retail price is 5 6 hundreds bucks cheaper I qpuld only recommend this spot if u truly have money to waste as far as phone I would choose rent a center or arons b4 I even think to get anything from them they charge me 1200 for a s23 galaxy when retail it's worth 300 they charge me 1500 for a used I phone 15 and retail for a used one is 600 I would not recommend buying anything from this place unless u have money to loose buying from this place is like investing in a horrible stock and I was in the store while they was being rude...

Absolutely horrible customer service!

Rude and unprofessional delivery manager. Lack of communication. Ignoring phone calls. Paid my first month and still have not received my furniture that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas even after several cancelations and rescheduling attempts.
