Absolutely horrible communication! I've painted with CAE for six years and completed a number of murals around town. During that time the lines of communication have always been strained. Emails, texts, and calls go unanswered, meetings typically start late, and good luck getting in the door that is locked during business hours without waiting at least ten minutes. This organization, though it's mission is a noble one, is poorly ran and in need of new management. If you're a young artist looking to create public art around Elmira then by all means wade through the drudgery that is CAE, but if your a seasoned professional, look elsewhere because you won't be treated...
