Save A Lot — Local services in City of Elmira

First. The store is filthy when ever I've been there. Pallets of goods left were ever if a specific cashier isn't there she's amazing at taking care of those things. Lady with Red hair and freckles. The rest of the time I have to fight with finding stuff or getting around it being disabled. 2nd there's a few times I've been in there and almost fell once. Did fall 2 times because of floor either wet with a bottle of something that was broke open and left there. But I'm not the type of person to sue over any stupid thing because I know accidents happen. Now the changes in prices and the rotation of milk that's 3 days to expectation date doesn't happen like it should is making it cheaper ij the long run to go to Wal-Mart and not have to worry about almost spoiled...

This chain of stores has gone way down hill, and this store is no different. When I walked into the store the atmosphere was a bit sketchy. Several people hang around the building , some going into the parking lot asking ?customers for money... this is mostly ignorable. When i walked near the bread I seen actual human feces on the floor not once, but twice. The store is not clean by any means and the bathrooms are just as gross. Also I noticed some inappropriate conversations between employees mostly in the meat department area. I'm sad to say this store is as aweful as it is, unfortunalty it's due to poor ownership and management. I will admit there are one or two great workers...

This place is nice..clean..stocked very well. BUT BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I NOTICED ABOUT THIS STORE WAS THE CASHIER!!! YES THE CASHIER.. As she scanned my items one by one she ever so respectfully place the items back into the cart in a perfect manner cautiously not to smash the items from grains example bakery items bread. Placed and arranged items in the cart. This was amazing. She actually respects customer's and our merchandise. For all the places to go to shop.. I recommend if you haven't been here before give it a try. I'll be returning my next shopping trip to here to fill the pantry.
